The word "protein" comes from the Greek "proteios" — "primary, first". How to calculate the monthly norm
If your daily protein is 100 g, then in a month that is roughly 3 kg of pure protein. Boiled or fried: is there a difference
The amount of protein in the product itself barely changes during cooking — protein does not "evaporate" anywhere. What changes is the weight (when boiled, a product absorbs or releases water) and the fat content if you fry in oil.
